I just recently did a cleanse and noticed how different I was just not eating it....it definitely gives you a certain fix. I too am running a tri in two weeks and a marathon at the end of September in the Hamptons. I was going to try ny but it is too close to the hampton date...maybe next year! I have been trying to find better choices though.
